Financial Aid Renewal

Students who will hold a divisional fellowship that provides a tuition and/or stipend award for the following academic year must complete the Division’s In-Residence Financial Aid Renewal form in early May. In so doing, students indicate their academic plans for the upcoming year, such as registering pro forma (reserved for students who are admitted to candidacy and away from campus conducting dissertation research), preparing for exams, or taking a leave of absence, which may affect the final tuition and stipend amounts.

Students may inform the Dean of Students office of any change in plans after they file the form.
